Our expert teaching staff has over 200 years worth of teaching experience and takes their job as dance educators, life coaches and mentors very seriously. These same teachers provide a world class education for all of our dancers from the ages of 3-Adult to ensure that regardless of age or experience level, the highest possible level of instruction is provided.

Tony Loupe is the owner and creative director of BDC. Tony is a product of the award winning Jefferson High School Dance Program and went on from there to have an exciting performing career that took him around the world as a teacher, performer and choreographer.
Tammy Wallace

Tammy has trained in the Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acro, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theater, Drama and the Hawaiian genres. Over the years she has positioned herself as quite the expert in regards to building programs for the youngest of dancers.
Bunky Williams

 Bunky Williams is the director of our Hip Hop department and has been dancing for most of his life. Bunky is a Portland Native and Jefferson Dancer alumni. He has extensive training in Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet, Modern, African and more. Bunky is a master teacher known for his high energy instruction and many years of experience working with kids in the dance community.
Sydney Allen

Sydney Allen grew up dancing under her mother Pamela Allen, a former beloved BDC staff member. Sydney started dancing as soon as she could walk and has trained with studios in the Tri-Cities, Portland and Seattle. She has been a very successful competitive dancer since age 6 and has been awarded scholarships with Velocity, Industry Xperience and Hollywood Vibe dance conventions as a result. Sydney has already won awards for her own competitive choreography as well as assisting to create award winning choreo with our very own Bunky Williams. Sydney is young, energetic, inspired and looking forward to spreading her passion for dance.
Karlie Sanford

Karlie Sanford has grown up in the studio and on stage since she was a toddler. She has trained in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Hip Hop at various Oregon and California including The Edge Performing Arts Center and Millenium Dance Complex in Los Angeles. Her early professional experience varied from “America’s Most Talented Kids”, “Radio Disney”, and performing for “Rachele Royal” on the Mountain Dew tour. Most recently you could see her on season 14 of So You Think You Can Dance and traveling the country assisting choreographers such as; Marty Kudelka, David Moore, Tony Bellissimo, Ivan Koumaev and Bryan Tanaka. In Karlie’s competitive years as a dancer she won various national titles and as a choreographer her choreography is award winning as well. Karlie hopes to bring her passion and insight to every dancer she works with.
Kenzi & Kayla Pemintel (The Duo)

Kenzi & Kayla Pemintel (The Duo) are twin dancers that have been dancing competitively for 6 years now while winning many hip hop titles. They have choreographed for and performed in music videos for recording artist “Lovey James”. The Duo has also taught various hip hop workshops including with the Mid-City breakers and been showcased at professional sporting event half time festivities. They are very highly regarded for their well rounded Hip Hop knowledge, their precision and musicality and they happen to be fantastic humans on top of all that. They are excited to share their knowledge and unique style of hip hop with students of all ages and continue building the Hip Hop community.

Thomas is a native Oregonian and a product of the world renowned Jefferson Dancers. After graduation Thomas relocated to New York where he was quickly signed by the Clear Talent Agency. These days, TJ enjoys teaching and passing along his knowledge and passion for dance to the next generation.
Casey Davenport

Casey Davenport is a wonderful dancer who has made Ballet his life’s work. His study of music theory, anatomy and dance medicine took place at the Pacific Northwest Ballet School. He is excited to be working with the BDC students and we are sure his model of excellence will be a great example for our dancers.
Stephanie Pimentel

Stephanie Pimentel is an Oregon Native who grew up training and competing as a competitive gymnast. By the age of 14 she competed on the national stage with household names such as Domonique Dawes and Amanda Borden in Columbus Ohio where she surpassed 126 other gymnasts to qualify in each of her competitive divisions. After which Stephanie began her dance training. She studied extensively in the Tap, Jazz and lyrical genres and as a result is a perfect fit for our well rounded BDC dance community. Her classes are exhausting yet fun and she loves pushing her dancers to limits even they thought they would never reach.
Emily Bussard

Emily Bussard is an Oregon native with a lengthy history of ballet training, performing and teaching. She has trained in world renowned programs such as the Kirov Ballet and the Boston Ballet and was a company member with the Omaha Ballet. Emily is VERY passionate about building strong, independent young dancers and equipping them for life regardless of the direction they take. Emily’s personality and pedigree is quite an asset for the BDC staff and we look forward to the positive impact she will have with all of the BDC dancers.
Hun Kim

Hun Kim is a young man with a great deal of talent. He initially came to Billings as a talented dancer in our “Swing Kids” program. It was during his time as a ballroom dancer with us that he showed us his amazing skill in the field of break dance. Hun has now been part of the BDC staff for the past 5 years and has developed a solid & fun curriculum for teaching the art of Break.
